A. Jesus went to CHURCH.

B. Jesus had a HOME church.

1. The church was CROWDED.

2. Some Christians were CONCERNED.

3. Christians were CONFIDENT.

4. The crippled man was CONVERTED.

5. Some in the crowd were CRITICAL.

6. Christians conquering was COMMON.

1. Share one thing that stood out to you in this week’s sermon and why.

2. In Jesus’ day, the church was crowded because people were hungry to hear from God. What do many people seem hungry for today? What do many Christians want out of church?

3. Mark 2 details four friends who were desperate to get their paralyzed friend to Jesus for healing. They were willing to cut the roof off. To what lengths should we be willing to go to get our friends to Jesus? Why do we hesitate?

4. There have always been critics of Jesus. How do critics keep Christians from sharing the gospel today? Why might people fear critics today?
